This was completely ridiculous, I hope this officer either gets fired or some instant karma happens. He constantly violated their rights.
This “officer” is a danger to the public. He MUST be fired. There’s definitely something wrong with this guy. He created his own narrative for both people, several times. Thats not normal.
“She told me you beat her” this pisses me off so much oh my god. Not only is this slanderous and flat out false, but if it WAS true, then the cop would have zero respect for her as a victim or of the confidentiality of the situation. If he genuinely thought the suspect was abusive and was concerned about the wife, he wouldn’t go back and hollar to the husband about how much his wife is afraid of him before uncuffing him. This cop is a freak
Jeeez. So the officer maybe gets a slap on the hand and gets away with all that? Insane.
Wow how many people’s life has this guy ruined. How many people lost everything because of this guys lies? He belongs in jail.
The officer says the husband might have anger problems🤦♂️
Based on the officers actions, I’d ask him the exact same question.
I hope this was just a bad day for the officer and not his every day attitude.

That cop clearly demonstrated he, himself, actually has anger issues. That cop was using his position against a citizen he seemed to have a problem with.
The victim is 100% correct….officers like this are the exact reason officers are hated and are getting hurt.
The only anger issues I see are from officer Carlos.
Notice how the tyrants voice cracks like a 13 yr old girl. He’s terrified of his occupation. Never has anyone challenge him.

“I don’t know if he has anger problems or what’s wrong with him.” Is there an issue with being angry when an officer is lying on you? I don’t think so.
If the cop thought the guy was beating his wife, he really didn’t give a shit.
Basically this cop didn’t like this guy’s choice of words and decided to falsely arrest him because his enormous ego couldn’t take critism!
The fellow wasn’t wrong when he said that the officer was the reason why cops weren’t safe.

He accuses the officer of lying… So the officer proves him right by lying even more. This is a classic
This man does NOT need to be a cop if he’s scared that her husband was upset
The speed with which this officer went from “License & Registration” to “You’re under arrest” is very alarming. The fact that he easily lied about their speed without pause, tells me that this probably wasn’t the first time he’s done this. Training isn’t going to fix this officer’s overinflated sense of “Respect my authority!”
