It can be seen that TWICE’s recent comebacks have failed to generate the same explosive effects and impressive achievements like before. For a period of time, the group was praised as The Nation’s Girl Group of South Korea, with achievements that few other girl groups at the time could match.
However, in the past two years, TWICE’s music releases have gradually lost their unique identity, and the group’s achievements have declined significantly compared to their golden era. Despite still having a large fan base that supports the group and contributes to album sales, the name TWICE seems to have lost much of their original appeal.

you can’t expect a group to always top the charts, with time a group loses its popularity, it’s not weird or surprising, this year twice will celebrate their 8th anniversary, they exist for almost a decade and people still listen to their music and talk about them, their songs don’t need to be on top to be considered good

No matter what they are best group in kpop for me . Twice is my first kpop group who I stan and I will never regret my decision . I have never been bored listening to their music . Stop comparing groups . I think people were more attracted to twice cute concepts but they should also remember that an idols can’t always do cute concepts they are matured women’s so they will do concepts which matches their age . If they are real Once they will support Twice no matter what .And the reason they didn’t do good in kcharts this time because knetz were mad with twice because they promoted ” ready to be ” in US first , but they should understand that Twice is now rising globally so they should support them rather than getting mad on them . They have been in this industry for like 8 years producing music and giving Once lots of contents constantly without taking breaks . They are growing everyday as a group . They have achieved so many things but still they work hard every comeback .Its not easy for a 9 member group to maintain such relation all this years .I will always support them .

Twice’s music has matured and there is no second to that but public can’t expect a group with almost all members crossing their mid 20s to produce cutesy music. I hope people will keep on supporting them, they are one of the best group out there🥺
I think you are maybe wrong about this. Twice’s strength has always been their albums, both in quality and sales. The latest albums have been truly incredible and are unmatched by newer groups with miniscule discographies in comparison. Just because a group doesn’t win loads of music shows or chart well in Korea does not mean they are not highly profitable and doing well. I would also point out that Twice’s tours have been some of the most successful of all time, and they have never endured controversies around their performances like Black Pink. Most of the songs you listed were not even promoted in Korea and have done pretty well in the US. I think Twice have been making all the right moves both to mature their sound and also to cement themselves as global artists outside of Korea. Nayeon’s debut was very successful as well. I think Twice can only really be matched by RV in terms of discography. The 4th generation is moving so quickly that it is unclear who will even be around in a few years. Itzy were one of the biggest groups, and they already seem to have fallen behind. Twice have proven time and time again that they produce great music and give excellent performances. I think the new direction and music are really good.❤

Though it’s true that TWICE had 2-3 comeback a year that attracted people and their cutesy concepts were one of the major reasons why TWICE was considered as Nation’s GG. But in these two latest comebacks, TWICE have changed alot. I mean really. Alot. That might be a reason behind TWICE’s tragic downfall. But as a ONCE, I’ll never stop cheering for TWICE! I am a ONCE since 2016, and I’ve seen how they have raised and definitely saw how they had a downfall. Let’s keep cheering for the girls and what if they aren’t the Nation’s GG? Is BLACKPINK Nation’s GG? Isn’t BLACKPINK popular despite not being the Nation’s GG? Does GG’s only become famous when they are the Nation’s GG? Let’s keep supporting TWICE till the end!
It doesnt matter if they lose popularity, always remember that they are in the industry for about 8 years now without break, but always produces music and so much more. They are the pride of onces heart and korea. Fourth generation is making waves now but you can’t deny that people are always mentioning twice like they are losing popularity, they are not following the trends, and their music are mature now that koreans doesnt like. Like heck, you want to listen to those cutesy sound even if it doesnt suits your age.😅 anyway I’m still waiting for 3mix and their acting debut.. they are still relevant nowadays…
Even if the charts keep underperforming, selling albums and concerts are the most profitable part, and Twice rocks that, they remain strong❤

It’s their 8th year in the industry, whatever happens from here Twice have already cemented their legacies as kpop legends, generational change is obviously going to happen , bring in the new blood,because like how 3rd gen took what 2nd gen did and took it to new heights, 4th gen has done the same, I mean 4th gen female groups are really taking the kpop scene to another level. Korea will always look to the next group because competition is fierce, but like mentioned in this video, Twice has an unrelenting fanbase and songs that will forever be relevant. so what have they lost. Their album sold almost 1.8 million copies. First female kpop group honoured at Billboard Women in music. Highest selling female kpop group of all time. They are still one of the most popular groups in Japan which is the 2nd biggest music industry in the world. Sold out. World tour, sold out stadium concerts, sold out dome tours in Japan, I mean what are we talking about here😂And that’s not even mentioning countless awards,showcase wins,hundreds of millions of views of MVs, setting records, many first to accomplishments in history and being The hardest working female kpop group, while groups were on breaks releasing nothing, twice never took a break, even with members on hiatus they still pushed on. And just about to go on 5th world tour? They don’t need to prove nothing to anyone any more. Instead of putting them down people need to respect the hustle along with groups like BP,Red Velvet,Mamamoo and the 2nd gen legends who still continue to work in this industry. But I guess it can’t be helped, that’s the thing with kpop fans and ktubers, love to hate talk sh*t instead of appreciating the industry we all love. Love to judge and make little hateful videos for views and clicks while shitting on the industry that gives them their little relevancy😂😂😂😂
