They literally Break and made the Livestream laggy cuz the amount of Once’s watching across the planet Billboard was not ready for the traffic. Which is is a good thing IMO this to show that Twice is powered with Once’s support and we will break a Livestream if we have to to support Twice. Luckily we got LA Once’s and their fancams to see the performance and its actually better than Billboard cuz Billboard they dont know how to capture a kpop dance performance
