I’ve been dancing since I was in Kindergarten. My training includes hiphop, lyrical, jazz and ballet. I also took up singing lessons when I was in high school until university. I’m currently pursuing a career as an actor and my resume include Netflix’s “Lucifer” and Kristen Stewart’s movie, “JT Leroy” under Universal Studios. I was training for musical theatre but I realized I love film/tv more but I’ve never lost my interest in the performing arts. Other interests include graphic design, photography/filmmaking, fashion and fitness.

I’m so happy that main dancers of group are coming out and showing off their dancing skills through videos like this cause when they are performing in their group they cannot give their full potential since they have to stick to the concept.
trust me, the fixed camera version that momo post on twicetagram is better than this performance (not her dance but the camera work is worst). you can really see her full talent there!!

People who don’t know Momo’s dancing tend to discredit her. Momo has very very very strong technicalities and musicality. She is so damn good. I am so happy that people like you sees what us dancers really see in her dancing (I don’t blame them though, we were trained to see these technicalities and it wasn’t given over night). If you have time maybe you could check out Momo’s pre debut dancing. She competed with a troupe from Japan and they had impressive performances. She did a lot of Bboy, hip hop, urban, jazz and some ballet. This also explains why Momo’s body is beautifully muscular. She wasn’t picked number 1 for nothing.

I’m interested in dancing, and really, most people don’t know the details of the dance, they make judgments in the first look.Dance is art.. the real dance, it’s the one who checks the details and how to end every move.

She is a very versatile dancer.. She once dance to ballet/contemporary along with Mina and also with BTS Jimin and some other idols
i watched some other dancers react to momo’s project and a few had said that the trend right now is for dancers to wear hats as it kind of “puts them in the zone” almost like an anonymous look. i definitely feel that was the goal of the hat, to block out her face or create shadows so that we could focus on the dance/moves itself. however the camera director didn’t get that memo by constantly zooming in on her face and cutting out half her body while she’s dancing. the dance practice she posted is better in my opinion because you can really see every detail of the choreography and how well she executes it. but thank you for the reaction!!
