As a muslim I often find myself in a position where I see non-muslim attacking kpop idols saying its offensive to muslims and more often then not I personally dont find those offensive. But in this case the shirt with the islamic phrase is translated correctly and is offensive because first of all that specific phrase is said the first thing when you pray and literally said before you do anything good to be protected/graced by god and we also say it before reading the Quran and it’s the first phrase in every verse of the Quran and you also say that phrase before you eat and drink and before you recite the Quran so it’s an important phrase. Plus allah’s name is included which is not appropriate and makes me uncomfortable. The word allah is 1 of god 99 names and one of the most used/common name. ALLAH basically means GOD in arabic. Even christian arabs say allah when they are talking about Jesus so ofcourse its important. Also it is weird that shirt exist.
About Lisa situation it honestly breaks my heart. How many times do we have to trend #respectlisa until you guys stop being rasict towards her and stop body shamming her and stop slut shamming her.. when will this stop?? huh?? The amount of times I see people saying shit about her body which first of all she’s born skinny you can see her old photos and she was skinny then and is still skinny plus the way people talk about her body disgust me in so many levels as someone who struggles with anorexia like comments along the lines of “eat a burger” are soo annoying and those who are completely toxic and end their statement with “I’m just concerned about her health” like you obviously aren’t worried, saying she’s transgender which first of all thats not an insult and second of all she’s not, saying plastic surgery monster which again first of the stigma around plastic surgery needs to perish and second of all she didn’t yet say anything so why force her, I also see people being racist towards her for being thai and for being SEA which first of all isn’t an insult and second of all what the fuck is wrong with you. People literally have no sympathy!!!!! Plus the girl is already insecure about herself.. and those people who say “ohh they are only successful because they sleep around” like I’m sorry but just because a women is successful doesn’t mean they sleep around.

About the I.M situation, as a Muslim, it saddens me to know that my religion is being used as an asthetic for companies or a money maker to them, I am glad they apologised and deleted the photos but that doesn’t mean they won’t do it again, but I know I.M had nothing to do with it and it’s the company’s fault
