The Colorful Set at the end actually isn’t CGI, they had Artists Paint The Entire Thing. Crazzzyyyyyy

i really appreciate this old school wave we’re having, 80’s and 90’s synth are there to be used and finally they’re having their time to shine.

i love that a lot of groups are trying that kind of synth, retro music style. i think it really compliments twice’s voices, especially jihyo and jeongyeon. i think this is one of my fav title tracks by twice, very impressed by the album as well. nayeon, dahyun, and chaeyoung lyric legends

edit: pls ignore the replies from the bts troll, they’re just trying to cause trouble, responding will make it worse fdijfsi

Before I even start I’m gonna say that this is one of their best, if not the absolute best in terms of musicality.

I’ve been a fan of Twice for almost 4 years… when they debuted I was just a casual fan, not really paying them much attention. But now, years and albums later, I think they have grown beautifully in the musical style. I’ve seen people say that they changed, that fancy was more girl crush and things, but in my opinion, they have just grown with their music. They are in their 5th year, and their albums have been reflecting that. They are no longer teenagers, they are young adults, and their music has evolved with them. When I listen to the older albums and the recent ones, I can see how they have slowly grown within it. I don’t feel they have changed their sound, I listen to this, and I can still pretty much hear the twice print… but now is just more mature(? I don’t know how to explain it really well. And maybe not everyone will like it, but it feels great to hear how much they have matured in a sense.

And about the change in the mv production, we were requesting that for a long time, they were several things during the past years, and this year they finally did it. Hopefully, it will only get even better from now on.

I find this much more significant than “More and More”: this track is haunting and just out there.
I can see this becoming the soundtrack for an anti-hero movie!
Maybe not as much as a cultural reset as “Fancy” or “Feel special”, but definitively memorable and a good twist to their musical career.

I really liked the song actually. I definitely fall into that second category you’re talking about, mainly just listening to title tracks. But I like this breakaway to a more mature sound, showing off their vocals, and this video helps reflect all that too!

not a ONCE. i’ve never listened to a whole twice album, and don’t know all of their songs. but from the first listen til now, i really love i can’t stop me. as a casual fan, i love everything about this cb. if anything, their change in this style, makes me look forward to how TWICE will grow and move forward!

thank you as always! i love your reaction videos the most 🙂

Something I noticed in the mv is that the red line parts the “good” and “evil” side of them – which I also thinks the different colored contacts that Chaeyoung are wearing represents. And some of the members are crossing the red line at some point. You can see one hand slowly crossing the line and Jihyo sitting on the line (or between the good and the evil)
But overall I think this is their best song yet. I love seeing them try out new and mature concepts, because I know some of the members really wanted to try these kind of concepts.

Big fan of this comeback, the choreography is one of their most challenging and best yet. The song compliments everyone’s vocals (the background belts at the end) and people are hating on the MV saying it’s confusing and doesn’t make sense but after seeing the lyrics I think there’s a lot more meaning behind it. Always great to see your reactions and great to have you back PD (you’re input on the MVs and outlook has made me a patron)
Much Love

i’m a once so i’m biased, but i actually think this is one of their best title tracks ever. i liked more & more a lot, but i somehow like this even better. i think this song and mv shows their growth and maturity as artists. they can still be cute of course, and maturity doesn’t have to mean being sexy. but like you said, this screams that they are women now, not girls. and idk how people think this isn’t catchy. maybe not in a traditionally kpop way, but the chorus and the “ooo ooo ooo” (lol) part have been stuck in my head since i heard it. the choreo is really nice too. also i appreciate the continuation of the storyline from more & more. where more & more was dipping their toes into things that were “forbidden” and wanting more, this is them not being able to stop themselves once they were exposed to the world through eating the forbidden fruit. anyway, i’m very pleased with this comeback and their second full album. it’s full of amazing b-sides and i’m really proud to be a once. 🙂

i love how twice dropped the cutesy vibe they had with their previous songs even in more and more. this song downright screams sophisticated and confident women. not girl crush or badass, but just sophisticated confident women. this is by far their best title track and this album is a masterpiece.

As a casual twice listener I don’t know if I can say I like this better than Feel Special. Feel Special is that song for me but this album hits different and I like the direction they’re going. I find the evolution of Twice interesting and it feels like they’re trying to build longevity. Watching the interview from the vocal coach they hired to all of the writing they’re contributing. To me, it feels like they want to be known as artists. I think their future is exciting. I want to see girl groups expand. #respectgirlgroups

Twice has such a refined sound these days. Whether someone likes the song or not, it’s clear that these girls are imposing their will on the music scene, and not the other way around.

This is literally their best song. It’s so refreshing and different but still feels like a Twice song.

I’ve always heard about TWICE but i have never gotten into their title tracks as much as im into this one. this is by far their best work. im sure a lot of people wont welcome the change right away but twice are now at the point where their music is maturing and they are trying to target a different audience than their usual. With I Can’t Stop Me i think thats gonna work very well for them because they really did manage to capture my attention here.
