A man who had already been arrested after being accused of starting a small brush fire along Interstate-205 with a “Molotov cocktail” Sunday afternoon was arrested once again for starting several more fires less than 12 hours later.

let me explain this, so he was arrested or booked the first time for arson, then I assume he was released on bail. Then he was released and immediately went back to doing what he enjoyed. No he dont need a psychiatric evaluation he needs to stay in jail with no bail, until u nim whits can figure out what to do with him.
