If you noticed on the last photo there are three members who are stretching their arms to the front as of they want to reach something that they lost or wants to protect. Those are Mina, Sana and Momo. Nayeon looks somehow creepy and Jeongyeon has her back showing to them as if she was isolated. So the bad members in the story will probably be Jeongyeon, the manipulative one, Nayeon, the rebellious one.
In the other teaser Nayeon‘s lyrics were angry and Sana and Jihyo‘s hand movements made it look like they were stopping her from doing something bad. Mina‘s lyrics were on the opposite very soft. So the other members are probably gonna be the nice ones, Sana and Jihyo being a protector.
I know Nayeon said there is no theory in the song or the Mv but I’d like it to stay as my imagination even if doesn’t come true lol
