JYP wrote Feel Special for Twice after talking with them about their troubles and how they cope with them. Tzuyu sometimes feels like a doll because she is constantly praised for her beauty, but Momo is there to make her feel like a person. Sana was badly hurt by haters on the internet last year because of an innocent comment she made. Dahyun was there along with Once (the umbrella is like their lightstick) to back her up. Mina had a bad time with anxiety and problems with her knees. Jihyo had surgery on both knees around the time Signal was released and Nayeon was there for her. They’ve been close friends since they were trainees. Jeongyeon was very shy and introverted before she became a trainee but getting close to the other girls made her blossom. That’s why you see her sitting alone watching herself being happy in the group.
