they have come so far for that MV… and I don’t mean exclusively on their visuals, not even going to go there…. They have really polished their craft over this 8 years. It’s crazy. Like there’s just no other gg with their discography or trajectory, and it’s all due to hard work and talent!

And yeah, their chemistry is no joke! They formed from a survival group series, so I think all the hardship they went thru really made them grow closer ❤
The crazy thing about this debut is they are STILL getting to know each other here. Since they were formed due to a competition show, they hadn’t all trained together until then. I believe Jihyo, Nayeon, and Jeongyeon were trained together and were friends beforehand, Sana and Momo knew each other, and mmmaaayyybbeeee Chaeyoung, Dahyun, and Tzuyu knew each other because of school? That last one though I’m iffy on. Point is, they weren’t a team, they never trained together, and were debuting in a group of people they barely knew. Obviously their instant chemistry together was pure chance, as no one would suspect these nine girls would become best friends that quickly and it being this long lasting. TWICE really is an good example of pure luck and capturing lightning in a bottle. You can’t plan for a group to be this good and this tight right away. It just happens naturally.
I Stan a lot of groups, but Twice are my Ults by a long-shot.
It’s almost impossible to have a Bias, as they are all such amazing humans, but I usually go 12% Chaeyoung, 11% each other member. Jeongyeon’s hair here is my favorite of all her styles.
Regarding how much of a unit they already were; Watch some episodes of Sixteen, they show where they were formed; Brutal competition, though I warn you, you *will* cry at what they go through. I did, and I’m a grown-ass-man, as they say.
If you haven’t yet, watch some Time to Twice, you will fall even more for them all, and yes, Dahyun is insanely funny in them.
