OLD SCHOOL BBQ BRISKET TWICE BAKED POTATOES

This is a easy and simple recipe that can be use as a main dish or a side dish
Very creamy and delicious

RECIPE:
4 regular size russet potatoes
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup chopped bacon
1 cup sour cream
1/2 melted butter
1 cup chopped cooked bbq brisket
salt and pepper to taste

clean and scrub very well potatoes and dry off
rub with oil and season with salt and pepper
Bake in 350 degree oven until done( about 1 hour)
Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Remove potatoes from skin and place in bowl
Mix other ingredients together and mix until smooth
place mixture back in skin and top with cheddar cheese
Place in 350 degree oven and bake until cheese is melted and hot

Looks AMAZING 😋 I work in a deli, I’m thinking we could put those out, we do steak night every Thursday and always have brisket and Boston butt leftover tryin to figure out new dishes for the hot bar. Thank you Chef!

Put a poached or fried egg on that and it’s brunch! I use the pink “gentle” sponge scrubber for potatoes. It does a good job scrubbing away any dirt on the potatoes.

Hi Jeffrey that dish looks so good it’s nice for a summer evening or spring with 🍉 watermelon or mixed fresh fruit and 🍋 lemonade.I loves baked potatoes lol I can have a big baked 🥔 potato and small 🥗 salad that would be my dinner

Oh yum! I’m with you, the skin is one of the best parts of a baked potatoes. I even leave the skin on when I make mashe potatoes. That’s where the nutrients are too.
