TWICE have shared that the individual scenes are their own versions of being SET FREE! Now I really wanna know the interpretation for all!
Nayeon – escaping the pressure of walls closing in and choosing to walk her own path
Jeongyeon – breaking free from pressure of constantly being watched
Momo – taking control by being behind the camera
Sana – breaking free from the pressure of beauty standards
Mina – feeling trapped and being able to be free to speak for her own
Jihyo – breaking free from societal standards of how she must look and act as an idol
Dahyun – being confident and walking through the chaos
Chaeyoung – painting a different picture and literally flying away
Tzuyu – burning the strings thats binding her on keeping a certain idol image
These are beautiful and reminds me so much of some of their other title track songs like Perfect World, Fake and True and especially Feel Special who have personal meanings for each member!

I’m still in shock and my head is not working very well. They just keep showing more and more sides of themselves and I my love for them just increases (if it’s possible). Twice never disappoints us.
I think when the scene stopped…it was the film that Jeongyeon was shown with. If you listen at the beginning of the M/V, you can hear the film rolling in the projector. Now the part when it ends, you can hear it again before the scene changes to the girls sitting in a theater. So I think the film they were watching ended. Anyways, just the way I see it. Thanks for your reaction.

You know what’s amazing about Sana and Nayeon’s scene? I kept on thinking about when Nayeon saved Sana from drowning in her bath and thus setting her “free”
Twice as surpassed so many different styles and genre’s of music that you’re really not sure what’s gonna happen on tour also Jeongyeon somehow started grabbing my attention and appreciation

Also the album is a COMPLETE NO-SKIP!! If I’m being honest, I didn’t feel the bsides from the album spoiler at first but after hearing all of them they’re absolute bops back to back. I haven’t found an album like READY TO BE for a longggg time, Album of the year for sure
