At the end of the day we’re all just yellow and slimy on the inside, wether you’re brown or white
Finally someone with common sense thank you ma’am. She real and grown
I thought brown eggs were healthier?!?! I feel ripped off! Lolol 😅 Thanks for the education Pam, you’re a life saver! 🙏🏾
I have 12 chickens and they lay different colors. My Buff Orpingtons lay brown eggs, my others which are Americanas and Olive eggers lay blue, olive green, and I have one that lays a pale brown egg that’s almost pink. I also have one that lays a lightly speckled egg. I’ve learned so much from my girls and love every single one of them.
I do not miss any of your episodes as I know I will learn something. Thank you.
I love when you educate us!! 😊👍🏾
I did know it was based on the breed of chicken, but I didn’t know they ate more!
However, I was told by a chicken farmer, what matters is the darkness of the yoke. The deeper the yoke, the better the chickens were fed.
I buy mine by whether or not they’re free range+pasture raised with organic NonGMO feed. I will shop that way as long as I can, before the real quality proteins are discontinued by the demon squad.
I’ve learned so much from you Auntie Pam!❤
Zoologist here and can confirm the different colors are just different breeds. And orange yolks vs yellow yolks are because the chickens giving orange yolks are eating insects as well as their grain diet. Yellow yolk chickens solely eat grain. Love to you, Chef Pam, for busting the myths!
MS. PAM=A National Treasure!!!!
Oh Pam you gave me valuable information I am raising chickens and the eggs they lay are gray and others blue and are smaller than the white eggs. Always thought that the brown eggs were more nutritional. Thanks again. I wuv you❤❤❤🇵🇷
The brown eggs, especially from local farmers taste 10/10 better than conventional
THANK YOU. A chicken egg is a chicken egg.
SOOOOOO glad you went with the correct option, LOL!!!
I love your explanation on that!
Reminds of someone asked me what’s the difference between a white person and a brown/ black person?
I told them you don’t know!?
I then.told them a white person and brown/ black person is the same on the inside but the outside depends on the pigment we have. White people have very less pigment and brown/ black has more.. I think the pigment is called Milinium.( oh heck I know I spelled it wrong, but I’m sure you know what the word im trying to say)
I saw a person wearing a tee shirt about at my volunteer job once and loved it!😊💛
Well, for New Englanders it goes beyond that. The Brown eggs are local, fresh.
My dad always told me the brown ones tasted better 😂
