When Fake & True was shot, Mina was on hiatus and you won’t see her in the choreo, for Kura-kura, Jeongyeon is the one in hiatus that is why she isn’t in the choreo. Both songs have very serious topics hidden behind TWICE’s cheerful delivery. Fake & True obviously deals with how someone deals w/ what’s real and fake either with their relationship or with themselves. Kura-Kura is about the different types of relationships which is interpreted w/ each girl’s backdrop, toxic, drowning, longing, etc.

I never realized how much I like Fake and True until now. It sounds so good and the choreo for the chorus part is really strong. Jihyo though!!!
Twice has lots of songs and they are actually all great especially if you are not picky about the genre or style since they are quite diverse but even for those who have a more select type of taste there is for sure a few they will love that fit their style.

Twice have a tons of good B-sides. 1-to-10 is great, Only You is great, Look at Me is great. You can’t go wrong with Twice B-sides.

The japanese language has a few cool words to describe a feeling, for example doki doki describes the feeling of your heart beating. My favorite part of Kura Kura is that they play with those kinds of words for the chorus.
Kura Kura is the most aesthetically pleasing MV I’ve seen.

There’s a Special Dance Clip for Kura Kura. I HIGHLY recommended to watch it! Fake and True is a BOP!!!
I think my top 3 Twice Japanese tracks would be:

2º Doughnut
3º Perfect World
once the japanese singles are done you can listen to their bsides with translation videos (two songs from each album maybe? for old ones at least)
Its funny how many “wow” I heard from this video 😆 There’s something about twice’s mvs that’s aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Its just bonus that twice is THE visual group.
