I remember when I first discovered kpop (coughfifteenyearsagocough), the oddest thing I found about live performances was that the crowd somehow knew to the say the same thing at certain times. Later, especially once k-pop became more widespread, did I learn it was made, spread out, and rehearsed within the fandom, which I think is so cute.
