I think what you’re saying about Twice new album is true. I like CRUEL the most then MOONLIGHT, then HELLO and last, SCIENTIST. Those B sides I mentioned are amazing and I find Scientist to be just my fourth fave among the songs in the album. That is just my personal opinion.

I personally really like Scientist. I’m also pretty sure that most people who don’t like it don’t like it bc the chorus doesn’t “hit as hard” as their other songs. It’s one of those songs that’ll be very under appreciated.

I don’t think flop is accurate to use at all. The feels was a bop and they promoted it like a comeback even though it technically was just a single release. So because scientist came out only a month later, it feels like them promoting one of the bsides of the album after the main event (which would have been a better approach in my opinion). The rest of the album is just pure gold. Like a masterpiece their best work yet so I really hope that I gets the attention it deserves. But idk what happens in Korea. There are a lot of new girl groups now so who knows if this is just the natural cycle of the industry and they are past their prime. Makes me sad but they should be proud of all they’ve done and are doing currently. Plus they will always have me 💕
Funny this is the only twice album I’ve decided to purchase and I think it’s probably their best work. All the tracks are so good. I agree that scientist doesn’t reflect the albums work but it def gives me like Queedom vibes
I personally didn’t like scientist. The concept was everything and loved the outfits but the song is very underwhelming.
