Today I wanted to get into #BTS or bangtan sonyeondan boys along with #TWICE and specifically what happened with them and the GMA performance. I wanted to talk about this and what people believe to be Tzuyu’s reaction. I wanted to talk about The Feels as well. For real, K-Pop has, and still is becoming so popular worldwide, and I’m so glad that these idols are getting the recognition they deserve ♡
I’m very proud of Jungkook. He gets a lot of unfair hate and criticism, especially recently so it was great to see him respond to that. Hes become more stronger, confident & outspoken, that’s the best way to be 👊❤
i personally don’t like the lip piercing either but that doesn’t gives me or anyone else the right to tell him what to do. Like you said that is the way jungkook wants to express himself and HE likes it which is all that matters. We should ALL support him and his decisions because it’s his life and he should be able to do what he wants! <3
I love it with the boys coming back at hate, first taehyung telling people to watch their back, jin telling the truth on the rumours about his so called mum and now jungkook with “so what”. Im so proud that they feel they can address things now and say how they feel. !!.
I genuinely really like Jungkook’s new appearance, like he slays it so well, so much that millions of us ARMYs are currently deceased, as we should be 😉 ♡

I love that JK is growing into himself … He’s growing and I think it’s great ..He should be able to do whatever he wants, he’s worked so hard for so long ,he should be able to do whatever makes him happy .all the boys should the have more than earned it . Fans need to just respect them and let them be themselves, they are definitely growing and becoming more expressive so let them do that . The Bangtan Boys can’t remain boys forever .
I’m thankful Mr. Jungkook is finally indirectly clapping back at haters…plus he looks absolutely stunning!!! It’s true…if you try to please everyone, you please no one…so Mr. Jungkook should do him. Plus…if you say you hate BTS’s music or an aspect of their work and you are still watching? You are a fan…thanks! You are still bringing attention to BTS, right?

I’m so heartbroken that a lot of K-pop stars are treated with disrespect, BTS, Twice, Black Pink or someone else. Why is there such a push back against Asian things in the American media? I really hope the host of the interview at least does some research and be able to proficiently talk about the band if they were going to do the said interview…that should be minimal requirement and respect! I really hope BTS can break this barrier, as a fellow East Asian myself. (I am Japanese)
I am all for individual right to self-expression. I am also all for fans individually expressing their dislike of tats and piercings by decreasing stanning of stars who make choices which offend us. Your comments on GMA, by the way, are right on the money. Americans mainstream STILL expresses ignorance (confusion?) towards Asians in general, and K-pop/drama specifically. I hope shows like Squid Game will continue to open minds in the English speaking West.

😩 I have NO expectations when it comes to American interviews for any K-Pop artist. 🤷 Social change is ALWAYS painfully 🐌 slow. 😁 I LOVED JK’s reply to the haters.

I don’t think Tzuyu was annoyed. She was probably scared to death. Speaking in English is a challenge. She is scared to say something which could be critisized. I don’t think TWICE have ego problems so they will not dwell on disrespect issue. Respect is earned. If they keep working hard and doing good music consistently they will get recognized and respected in the US. Jungkook has always been a good performer. He has always looked good. What is different about him now is the sassiness. Confidence look good on Jungkook. He grew up .
As an American, I get so embarrassed by some of the show hosts here when they don’t do any research on their guests. It makes me cringe more when they do it to kpop idols & other guests from other countries, like, do better. It’s so disrespectful.
With JK’s appearance, I feel like it’s always been him because he’s spoken about wanting tattoos & piercings since the beginning of BTS. Heck, the more comfortable he is with himself (as well as any other idols taking control of whom they want to he) the more I stan. It’s the confidence of Kookie boo for me >.<
I am not a fan of piercings or tattoos. That is why I don’t have any. I am not attracted to JK because of his looks, (with or without tattoos), I am his fan because of his talent! Ok, him being handsome af, doesn’t hurt none either, but his, (and that of the other BTS members), talent, and kind hearts is why I’m ARMY! Now, I may not like tattoos, but that doesn’t stop me from appreciating the artistry that goes into them. And, I must say, I love JK’s tattoos. I love that they have meaning for him & aren’t just random tattoos. Everyone needs to mind their own and let adults live their lives. Do you really think it’s your place to tell someone what they can & can’t do with their own bodies? Leave JK alone…..do you really think he’s going to listen to you? LOL Real fans don’t criticize their idols for such nonsense.

I love Jungkookie and he deserves to do what he wants. However, personally, I’m not a fan/advocate of tatoos or piercings, but that’s not going to stop me from supporting him or BTS. He’s an important person in my life and he deserves to express himself freely. I hope ARMYs can look past their expectations and see what Jungkookie wants and make him happy. 🇺🇸💜💜💜
